• Travelers to find halal restaurants, hotels, mosques, and tour packages in Bali
• Business owners to register and manage their business listings
• Access to halal travel guide content

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Account

• You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activities under your account
• One person may only have one active account
• Information you provide must be accurate and up-to-date
• Sharing or transferring accounts to others is prohibited
• Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account to us

4. Listing Policy

By submitting a listing, you declare and guarantee that:

• You are the owner, manager, or authorized representative of the registered business
• All information provided is true and not misleading
• The business operates legally in Indonesia
• Your halal claims can be verified
• Photos uploaded are yours or you have permission to use them

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove listings that do not meet our standards without prior notice. Listings proven to contain false information will be permanently removed and accounts may be blocked.

5. Content & Copyright

All editorial content on HalalBali.com — including text, images, logos, and guides — is owned by HalalBali.com and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

By uploading content (photos, descriptions, etc.) to the Platform, you grant HalalBali.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform and related promotional materials.

6. Disclaimer

HalalBali.com provides information "as is". We strive to maintain data accuracy, but make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of available information. A business's halal status may change at any time. Users are advised to always confirm directly before visiting.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Platform for:

• Spreading false or misleading information about businesses
• Registering non-existent or non-operational businesses
• Scraping or mass-collecting Platform data without permission
• Engaging in spam, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Using the Platform for purposes contrary to Islamic values

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions. Account deletion does not eliminate any obligations that arose prior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through deliberation first, and if no agreement is reached, through competent courts in Indonesia.
