We use a 3-tier verification system to give Muslim travelers a clear and honest picture of each place's halal status.

Highest Level

MUI Certified

This business holds an official halal certificate from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) or another accredited halal body. The certificate can be seen at the location. This is the highest and most reliable standard.

Halal Mandiri

This business is Muslim-owned and committed to not selling pork, alcohol, or other haram products. Though not yet MUI-certified, this commitment is verified through direct visits and interviews with the owner.

Basic Level

No Alcohol

Status Can Change

We Are Not Halal Auditors

HalalBali.com does not have the authority to issue or revoke halal certificates. The official authority for halal certification in Indonesia is MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) and BPJPH.
