How do I register my business?
Create a free account on the Register page, then click "Add Listing". Fill in your business details, upload photos, and our team will review within 1–2 business days.
Is listing on HalalBali free?
Yes! Basic listing registration is completely free. We offer premium listing options for higher visibility at an affordable monthly fee.
How does the halal verification process work?
We use a 3-tier system: (1) MUI Certified — holds an official MUI certificate, (2) Self-Declared Halal — Muslim-owned, no pork or alcohol, (3) No Alcohol — at minimum alcohol-free. Our team verifies claims through direct visits and documents.
How long does the listing review take?
Usually 1–2 business days. During the review process, you can monitor the status on your account dashboard. We'll send email and WhatsApp notifications when the listing is approved.
What if I find inaccurate information?
We highly value community reports. Contact us via email at info@halalbali.com, mentioning the place name and details of the inaccuracy. Our team will follow up within 24 hours.
